Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received. Opened products may be accepted for return at our discretion if there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you need to exchange a product for a different size or type, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
